These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website Mobigrab.com, owned by Mobigrab Ltd., UIC 207132451, with registered office and management address: Sofia, p.c. 1225, Serdika District, 7 Sinite Kamani Str.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them, please discontinue using the site.

IMPORTANT: These Terms and Conditions apply only to the use of the website (browsing, submitting inquiries, newsletter subscription) and do not govern the terms for the provision of the services themselves. Each specific service (website development, marketing, etc.) is provided under a separate agreement, previously coordinated and signed/accepted by the parties.


II. Nature of Services and Website Information

Through this website, we provide information regarding website development, SEO, digital marketing, technical support, AI automation, and hardware repair services. The published descriptions, sample prices, and offers are for informational purposes and constitute an invitation to negotiate, rather than a legally binding offer.


III. Inquiries, Offers, and Conclusion of Agreement

  1. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically lead to the conclusion of an agreement.
  2. An individual offer prepared by Mobigrab Ltd. becomes legally binding for the parties upon its written confirmation (acceptance) by the Client via the official email channel.
  3. Mobigrab Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to prepare an offer or conclude an agreement in case of lack of operational capacity, technical impossibility, or conflict of interest, for which the Client shall be notified in a timely manner.
  4. Specific conditions (terms, price, warranties) are defined only in the individual agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms and Conditions.

IV. Payments

  1. The website does not offer direct online payments.
  2. All payments are made via bank transfer based on an issued invoice and in accordance with the terms of the individual agreement.
  3. Price information published on the site (if any) is indicative and does not constitute a final price.

V. Rights and Obligations of Users

The User undertakes to:

  • Use the website in good faith and in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria;
  • Refrain from attempts at unauthorized access (hacking), DDoS attacks, or scanning the web server and databases;
  • Not use the website content for competitive commercial purposes without permission;
  • Not copy, modify, or distribute materials (text, code, design) without the written consent of Mobigrab Ltd.

Mobigrab Ltd. has the right:

  • To change the content, prices, services, and functionalities of the website at any time without prior notice;
  • To restrict access to the website during technical maintenance or in case of a security threat;
  • To remove users from the newsletter subscription list if abuse is suspected.

VI. Official Communication

In order to ensure quality and task traceability:

  1. Official communication between the Client and Mobigrab Ltd. concerning project changes, approvals, and financial matters is considered valid only if sent via email.
  2. Instructions for project changes are considered accepted only after written confirmation from our side via email. Mobigrab Ltd. shall not be held liable for errors or delays resulting from instructions provided outside the official email channel (social networks, chat applications, verbal agreements).
  3. All verbal agreements must be confirmed in writing via email to be binding for the parties.
  4. Mobigrab Ltd. is not liable for phishing emails or scams carried out by individuals using names or domains resembling ours but differing from the official ones.
  5. Mobigrab Ltd. is not liable for execution delays or errors resulting from instructions submitted outside the official email channel.

VII. Personal Data and Intellectual Property

Personal Data: The processing of personal data through the website (including cookies, contact forms, and newsletters) is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property:

  1. All texts, images, graphics, logos, design, and code on this website are the property of Mobigrab Ltd.
  2. Intellectual property rights over materials created for the Client as part of a specific service (website, code, design) are transferred according to the terms of the individual agreement, and not through these Terms and Conditions.

VIII. Limitation of Liability

  1. Mobigrab Ltd. makes every effort to maintain accurate and up-to-date information but does not guarantee the absence of technical errors.
  2. Mobigrab Ltd. is not liable for:
    • Temporary interruption of website access due to technical reasons or maintenance;
    • Actions of third parties (hosting providers, internet service providers);
    • Loss of data or lost profits resulting from the use of the website.
  3. Disclaimer of Warranties regarding Results: The information on the website is for promotional and informational purposes. Mobigrab Ltd. does not guarantee specific market results, specific search engine rankings (Google), a certain volume of sales, or traffic as a result of using our services, applications, or content, unless explicitly stated with specific metrics in an agreement.
  4. Force Majeure: Mobigrab Ltd. shall not be held liable for non-performance or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to: global internet outages, hacker attacks against provider infrastructure (Google Cloud, Cloudflare, etc.), or power failures.

The website may contain links to third-party sites. Mobigrab Ltd. is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or security of these external websites. Visiting them is at the user's own risk.


X. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Mobigrab Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. The updated version shall take effect from the moment of its publication. For existing clients with active agreements, changes shall take effect 14 days after their publication, during which period the Client has the right to object in writing if the new terms significantly alter the parameters of their agreement.


XI. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
  2. All disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement, and if that is not possible - by the competent court. For consumers (natural persons), jurisdiction is determined according to the rules of the Code of Civil Procedure and the Consumer Protection Act.
  3. For international clients, the law of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply, unless mandatory rules of the consumer's country of residence provide otherwise.
