    4. Specific terms regarding scope, duration, pricing, payments, warranties, and penalties are determined only in the individual contract, which takes precedence over these Terms and Conditions.
    5. Mobigrab reserves the right to refuse service if:
      • Provided information is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading;
      • Execution is technically impossible or conflicts with our ethical and security policies;
      • There is a conflict of interest or a lack of resources.

IV. Payments

    • The website does not offer direct online payments (e.g., virtual POS terminals for direct service purchases).
    • All payments are processed via bank transfer based on an issued invoice and according to the terms of the individual contract.

4. All verbal agreements must be confirmed in writing via email to be considered effective.

5. Mobigrab is not responsible for phishing emails or scams carried out by parties using names or domains similar to ours but differing from our official ones.

VII. Personal Data and Intellectual Property

  1. Personal Data: The processing of personal data (including cookies, contact forms, and newsletters) is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Intellectual Property:
